The Opening: A Flashback to 1983
The episode, called the opening chapter, transports viewers to the origins of the show in 1983, following the vanishing of the young character.

The unexpected preview was uploaded on the video platform after the show's LA debut on Thursday, with appearances from actors like Millie Bobby Brown and her co-star.
"The size of this installment is bigger … It's more action and increased visual effects, but it's also by far the most poignant series as it concludes of the story for the entire cast," the show's head writer, commented regarding the final episodes.
His brother and partner, added: "Bringing it out in the world is nerve-racking, but we feel equipped to present it at last."
