We are investigating new recordings of attacks and structural harm to Cambodian areas close to the contested boundary with the Thai side, during the renewed fighting which has caused at least 10 people being fatalities and a vast number displaced.
Two videos confirmed this morning depict impact to a group of buildings in the Cambodian region of Pursat Province. The site is positioned just over 500m (1,600ft) from the Thmor Dar Diamond Hotel and Casino, which has been hit at least on two occasions in recent days and is itself in close proximity to the frontier line.
This video evidence displays smoke rising, debris strewn around and visible damage to a number of the constructions. Fresh orbital images of the site demonstrates that at least one construction was flattened.
Many of the buildings are recently constructed and the construction zone seems to still be under construction.
Claims have emerged in Thai media that the site was being used as a mobilisation point for Cambodian troops. Investigators have uncovered a lack of evidence to substantiate this allegation.
